Description: Part of the Agile & Aligned series, we will move through sun breaths, and ab series with a teaser and a plank. We’ll end with Apa Japa, a short meditation where we notice the breath. Designed to get you to move your body no matter your time constraints and to help you find a moment of stillness


What you need: Mat, block, bolster or folded blanket to sit on at the end if possible.
